HELPALL Home and Health Care Services Inc. is a comprehensive nursing and homemaking agency which is a privately owned Canadian corporation. Our agency offers a spectrum of health care and support services that are provided in the comfort of your home or facility. Our services are delivered by our caring staff of Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Personal Support Workers (PSWs).
Our Case Manager will assess you in order to identify the services you require. The cost of all services is dependent upon your specific needs. Your plan of care will be designed to meet your specific needs. It identifies what services you will receive, how often you will receive them, and the classification of services you require.
Our HELPALL team is dedicated to linking the passion of our staff and the quality of our services to your community. The services are geared towards enhancing the quality of life for residents, patients and families, through all phases of illness. Our policies are subject to all government regulations in providing licensed staff, with proper identification on the job. Complaints recourses are in place to facilitate investigations and to provide feedback to all parties involved. All personnel have been thoroughly screened with references checked and police clearances, annual medicals, and photo identification name tags.
Our number one priority is the comfort of our clients. Our staff is covered under WSIB, Professional and General Liability Insurances. We have experienced many unique situations over the years. In fact, we have developed a strong knowledge of the unique requirements of Palliative Care, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Rehabilitation from Surgery, Strokes and Brain Injury.
